Step 1: Vehicle Information

To start off, we’ll need to learn a little bit more about your vehicle. First, choose the make, year, and model (while we mostly deal with Honda cars, trucks, minivans, and SUVs, we’re also capable of performing service on other makes). After you choose this, you’ll find space to add more information where applicable. This includes the type of transmission your vehicle has, the trim level, the engine type, and the drive type. Finally, we’ll ask you to put in your mileage. If you don’t have the exact number, it’s fine to take a guess.

Step 2: Services Needed

Next up, you’ll be able to choose which services your Honda needs. There are several options. Based on mileage, we’ll recommend one or more maintenance packages that bundle multiple recommended services together. We’ll also list any recommended individual services. If you don’t see the service you need here, click on All Services and Repairs to see a full list of services. You can even search to find one that matches your needs. Finally, you can search for recalls to see if your Honda needs any recall work performed.

Step 3: Transportation Method

At Bommarito Honda Superstore, we want to make sure you have a way to and from the service center. We’ll ask whether you need a ride while you’re servicing your vehicle. If you don’t need a ride, let us know that you have a ride or that you’ll wait at the dealership. If you do need a ride, we have two options. Our local shuttle service runs Monday through Friday from 8 am until 4:30 pm, and it can take you anywhere within ten miles of the dealership. We also offer rental vehicles provided by Enterprise Rent-A-Car for qualifying drivers. If your service exceeds two and a half hours of shop time, we’ll pay for a day of basic rental service.

Step 4: Schedule Appointment

Next, you’ll get to choose the day and time that work best for you. If you have a specific advisor you like to work with, choose their name; otherwise, you can select Any Advisor as an option. Finally, you’ll be taken to a review page where we ask you for your name, phone number, and email address so we can contact you. After you review your service and estimated charges, click to set your appointment!
